This was the second birthday party. Totoro cupcakes! I am very pleased with how these turned out. I used marzipan to make the decorations.
I had 2 birthday parties this weekend to make cupcakes for. This was the first. I will be posting the recipe for this chocolate cupcake later. It was delicious! I used a white chocolate buttercream with it.
This is a new recipe I tried over the weekend. I found it in Food Network magazine along with a guide of how to color the frosting. It shows all these colors and tells you exactly how much of what food coloring to add. Very helpful. And the frosting is actually really good. Give it a try sometime.
